Appointment of a Successor Custodian under OH UTMA

The Court has created a specific link and webpage to assist with the procedure for obtaining the Court’s designation of a successor Custodian for assets being held by a resigning, deceased, or incompetent Custodian under the Ohio Uniform Transfer to Minors Act. Local forms are provided on the webpage in PDF fillable format.

5th Probate Bench/Bar Practical Probate Seminar

Scheduled for Wednesday, August 22, 2018 from 8:30 a.m. until Noon at the Willis Building, 2079 U.S. Rt. 23 N., Delaware, Ohio, 43015. Reserve the date. This course has been approved by the Supreme Court of OH Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 3.00 total CLE hours instruction. The cost is $25.00. Registration and prepayment are required. Registration forms are available at the filing counters in both the Probate and Juvenile Courts.
