The Probate Court is located on the 3rd Floor of the Rutherford B. Hayes Building, 145 N. Union St., Delaware, Ohio, 43015. There is a single point of entry into the ground floor of the building under the portico, off of the N. Union Street parking lot. Individuals entering the building are subject to a security search.
The Probate Court is open for public transactions on non-holiday weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Both Applicants for a marriage license should appear at the third floor filing counter not later than 4:00 p.m. to begin processing their application.
There is a cash dispensing ATM available to the public in the vending room on the ground floor of the Hayes building.
